SPL 58: Doctoral Studies Programme Pharmacy, Nutritional Sciences and Sports Science

Compulsory course evaluation according to the Rectorate’s evaluation plan

WS 2025/26 - SS 2027 - WS 2028/29

In addition to the compulsory evaluation, lecturers may also evaluate their courses on a voluntary basis.

 Online course evaluation

Lecturers can set up evaluations via the u:space teaching interface. To set up a course evaluation, choose the start date for the evaluation (date and time of the course unit, during which the students complete the questionnaire) and the desired questionnaire type on u:space. Detailed information about setting up a course evaluation can be found here.

The evaluation can be carried out either using a QR-code or TANs.

In the case of a QR-code evaluation, the course instructor receives a QR-code, which is presented to the students during the course unit. A QR-code evaluation is only open during the course unit (2 hours).
In the case of a TAN-evaluation, students receive an individual link to the questionnaire sent to their univie email address. A TAN-evaluation is open for 48 hours.
In both cases, students should be given approximately 10 minutes during the course unit to participate in the survey.

The lecturer receives the evaluation results by e-mail immediately after the end of the evaluation period.

 Questionnaires

For the evaluation of courses assigned to the DSPL, you can use the following questionnaires (pre-view, an english version is available in the online survey):

DSPL - Typ1 (V1) - alle Lehrveranstaltungen / all courses

 Aggregated results DSPL

The aggregated results (comparative figures) are calculated on the basis of all analysed questionnaires from the relevant questionnaire type. This way, you can see for every questionnaire item, how the students in your courses who completed this questionnaire assessed your course compared to all students in the degree programme.

For every questionnaire item, similar to the course results, the number of submitted questionnaires, the arithmetical mean, the standard deviation and the frequency distribution (in per centage) are visualised in a histogram.
