Tenure Track Professorships

Tenure Track Professorships are reserved for larger academic fields taking into consideration research and teaching needs. They are also to enable new research fields to be opened up within the framework of faculty planning.

The employment profile of a Tenure Track Professorships is characterised by the fact that after successfully completing the qualification phase, the holder of such a position is given responsibilities in research and teaching equal to those of a professor. More information in the Intranet.

The Unit for Quality Assurance supports the Rectorate, the service unit Human Resources and Gender Equality and the faculties and centre in the selection of candidates and reviewers. If you have any further questions, please contact Christian Alpas from the service unit Human Resources and Gender Equality.
